1. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in (as per Government regulations).

• Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12pm

• Check-out time: 12pm

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] prior to check-in for a full refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or partially, as per the booking policy.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property and staff.

• Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be charged to the guest.

• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

• Om Heritage Haveli will not be responsible for loss of valuables, injury, or accidents during the stay.

• Guests are advised to use the safety measures provided.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.).

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
